The goal of Crossroads Mission Care is to help those who serve remain effective in their calling by providing hospitality, services and a space to heal on their 45 acre farmstead. They invite Pastors and ministry leaders to get away to their cabin or tiny home for a day of sermon planning or a few nights away with no cell phone coverage. If it is requested, Crossroads Mission Care can also provide independent coaching and/or counseling assistance to address individual needs. In addition, guests have the opportunity to participate in workshops on stress management, team building and trauma.
